• Proven track record in payments, banking, iGaming, or crypto.
• Equally comfortable with spreadsheets and strategic financial planning.
• Passionate about automation and operational excellence.
• Thrive in fast-paced, international environments.
• Agile, pragmatic, and outcome-driven.
• Knowledge of regulatory finance (PSD2/PSR).
