A retail company is seeking a Store Supervisor/ Assistant Supervisor for their location in Lucena. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in the retail industry, and possess strong organizational, leadership, and people management skills. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring sales growth, and training staff. This role requires proficiency in Filipino and English, and candidates must be amenable to work in Lucena 2.

Formación

• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.
• Required languages: Filipino, English.
• Preferably Supervisor/5+ years experienced employee specialized in Sales - Retail/General.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize and arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach, and discipline employees; monitor job responsibilities.
• Provide guidance to the team on effective operations.
• Provide a safe and clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stock and order items needed.
• Complete, update, and report to HQ and superior.
• Send documents related to HQ and superior.
• Work within established guidelines and SOP.
• Perform any other responsibility assigned by the management.

• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protects employees & customer by providing safe & clean store environment.
• Daily Bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & Order Own Use Item & small notes needed.
• Complete, Update & Report (Sales, New Staff Hiring, Assignment, Case) to HQ & Superior.
• Sending Document related to HQ and Superior.
• Working within established Guideline & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
