A designer collectible brand in Spain is seeking a Store Manager to lead its operations in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion luxury, and will demonstrate strong leadership and results orientation. Responsibilities include managing store performance, training team members, and optimizing sales strategies. This full-time position requires excellent Spanish and English language skills.

We are seeking a confident and capable Store Manager to lead our stores in Barcelona. This position is well suited to an individual with proven experience in retail or luxury fashion, who takes pride in building high‑performing teams and creating outstanding customer experiences.
In addition to managing one of our existing or upcoming stores or pop‑up locations in Barcelona, you will demonstrate agility as part of the relief management team, stepping in to support other stores when required to ensure seamless operations across the network.
