In this role within EU New Seller Success organization you will be responsible for deploying, maintaining and improving high-impact solutions to enhance Seller identification, acquisition and growth processes. We are looking for an experienced individual contributor engineer who combines superb technical development and leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to get the right things done quickly and effectively. You will be part of a start‑up like team, working across regions, with recruitment, product and engineering teams to deliver on ambitious roadmaps. Key job responsibilities

• Help drive architecture and technology choices that enable efficient, secure and robust solutions
• Own development of features during full development lifecycle
• Own operational excellence, security, availability and results of software solutions
• Write high-quality, efficient, testable code and recommend improvements in development, maintenance and system standards
• Have a strong technical ability, great communication skills and motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment
• Experience programming with the following software programming languages: Python, TypeScript and SQL/NoSQL
• Experience in leading the definition and development of multi‑tier architectures
• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and operations
• Experience of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience in AWS
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
• Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking
• Cloud Technology Certification (such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional or Cloud DevOps Engineering)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
• Experience building generative AI and agentic AI solutions in a dynamic fast paced environment
