For the role of Specialist AI Solution Architect Lead we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI architectures that align with Vodafone's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and integrate AI solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and security of AI solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies and apply them to improve existing solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the AI development team.

Key performance indicators

• Successful design and implementation of AI architectures.
• Efficiency and scalability of AI solutions.
• Timely delivery of AI projects and solutions.
• Collaboration and communication effectiveness with cross‑functional teams.
• Continuous improvement and innovation in AI and related technologies.

What you bring

• Strong experience with AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• In‑depth knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with data processing and storage technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, SQL).
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
• Good understanding of Responsible AI & Ethical AI frameworks, EU AI Act. Experience of using RAI frameworks in AI solutions.

Nontechnical skills
