A technology firm is seeking an experienced Account Manager for South Europe to manage customer relationships across Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Responsibilities include ensuring renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B technology sales and is proficient in English and Spanish, with Italian as a plus. This role emphasizes execution, customer satisfaction, and structured follow-up.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B technology account management or inside/field sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage existing accounts.
  • Experience selling or supporting hardware, software, cloud, or connectivity services.
  • Understanding of the broadcast/production environment is beneficial.
  • Languages: English and Spanish mandatory, Italian beneficial.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage a defined portfolio of existing accounts across South Europe.
  • Coordinate renewals and ensure smooth execution of SLAs and service agreements.
  • Identify incremental upsell opportunities within the installed base.
