Responsibilities include ensuring renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, and collaborating with partners. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B technology sales and is proficient in English and Spanish, with Italian as a plus. This role emphasizes execution, customer satisfaction, and structured follow-up.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in B2B technology account management or inside/field sales.
• Demonstrated ability to manage existing accounts.
• Experience selling or supporting hardware, software, cloud, or connectivity services.
• Understanding of the broadcast/production environment is beneficial.
• Languages: English and Spanish mandatory, Italian beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a defined portfolio of existing accounts across South Europe.
• Coordinate renewals and ensure smooth execution of SLAs and service agreements.
• Identify incremental upsell opportunities within the installed base.
