Formación

• Robust experience in software implementation cycles, data schemas, and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, preferably Python.
• Knowledge of front-end development, including CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and JSON.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Lead requirement-gathering sessions centered on object mapping and data transformation for the Eightfold Talent Intelligence AI Platform (eightfold.ai) implementation
• Oversee the implementation of data integration solutions utilizing JSON, XML, ETL, and Python
• Act as the customer’s trusted advisor on all technical matters and suggest best practices to accomplish goals
• Work together with the skilled Functional team to evaluate the feasibility of requirements
• Guide the technical team through multi-phase delivery projects and offer direct delivery support
• Forge relationships with partner technical resources
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and promote sustainable and scalable data integration practices

WHAT YOU BRING

• Robust experience in software implementation cycles, data schemas, and ETL processes
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages, preferably Python
• Knowledge of front-end development, including CSS, JavaScript, HTML, and JSON
• Familiarity with API communication protocols like REST, SOAP, and Web services
• Capability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with cloud-based solutions / SaaS is preferred
• Exposure to ATS / HRIS systems such as Taleo, iCIMS, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and/or Oracle is a plus
• Initiative to tackle challenging tasks with urgency and commitment
• Agility to actively pursue new growth and challenge opportunities
• Collaborative spirit, providing and accepting constructive feedback with an open mindset
