We are now hiring a Nordic-speaking Solution Specialist (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish) to join the team in Málaga (hybrid role) . What you will do

As a Solution Specialist, you will :

• Build and develop customer relationships and maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Provide technical product insights tailored to customer needs.
• Contribute innovative ideas to accelerate customer success in the cloud.
• Validate implementation requirements and pricing calculations.
• Deliver solution demonstrations and presentations over Teams.
• Act as a key technical contact for SMB customers in collaboration with our sales team.
• Conduct group and one-on-one trainings across your area of expertise.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in cloud capabilities and pricing, both for Microsoft and competitors.

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you have :

• Native or fluent proficiency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish) .
• Advanced level of English.
• A Bachelor’s degree.

• Microsoft Fundamentals certification (required). L200 certification preferred.
• Broad knowledge of productivity and communications solutions.
