Responsabilidades

• Entregar software funcional en cada sprint, asumiendo responsabilidad de las incrementaciones.
• Colaborar en equipos multidisciplinarios y participar activamente en procesos ágiles.
• Promover la calidad del producto a través de estándares de codificación y pruebas.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, maintainable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across scripting, integration, incident management, and stakeholder support. Fluency in Spanish is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver working software each sprint, taking end-to-end responsibility for increments.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams, utilizing multi-disciplinary skills to contribute in various areas.
• Participate actively in Sprint Planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring full involvement in Agile processes.
• Maintain high product quality through adherence to coding standards, testing, refactoring, and excellence.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements, maximizing product value.
• Engage in continuous learning and process improvement, focusing on technical skills and methodologies.
• Support continuous integration and automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Promote transparency and coordinate efforts with other teams for effective integration.
• Mentor team members, share knowledge, and foster collaboration.
• Share ownership of the product, taking responsibility for successes and failures.
• Participate in team-building activities to promote effective team dynamics.
