A global technology leader is seeking a Site Merchandiser to support its online retail strategy. This remote role in Spain requires strong expertise in site optimization, digital marketing, and e-commerce. You will build and maintain the site merchandising content plan, own the customer journey, and collaborate with teams to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, native-level Spanish or Italian proficiency, and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

??Build and maintainthe site merchandising content plan, ensuring alignment with key local and regional stakeholders.
??Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring product information, services, sales motions, and customer messaging are clear, accurate, and compelling.
??Create detailed merchandising briefsand collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure flawless storefront execution.
??Use analytics tools, customer insights, and market trendsto generate data-driven recommendations and share them with global teams.
??Develop and implement “test and learn” frameworksto optimize site performance and user experience.
??Stay up to date with online and e-commerce trendsregionally and globally, proposing initiatives to enhance site efficiency.
??Partner with internal teamsto coordinate merchandising activities for campaigns and key sales cycles.
??? Strong understanding ofe-commerce dynamicsin Spain or Italy and ability to translate marketing needs into effective execution.
?? Skilled inanalyzing customer data and sales metrics; comfortable working with analytical tools.
???Native-level Spanish or Italian (C2)andstrong English proficiency (C1).
??? Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable withdigital workflows and data-driven decision-making.
?? Customer-centric mindset with strong interest inuser behavior and conversion optimization.
