Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Siebel Developer / Consultant with strong expertise in Siebel CRM architecture, configuration, workflows, scripting, and integration. You will be responsible for designing, customizing, and supporting Siebel solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Siebel development and upgrades, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in enterprise environments.

Details: Location: Remote in EU; Employment Type: Full-Time, B2B Contract; Start Date: ASAP; Language Requirements: Fluent English

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Siebel CRM solutions, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Develop Siebel components including Business Components, Applets, Views, Workflows, Business Services, and eScript.
• Support integration with third-party systems (ERP, middleware, APIs, web services).
• Perform Siebel system upgrades, enhancements, and patch implementations (IP17 or later preferred).
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with analysts and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize Siebel performance, repository design, and user experience.
• Provide technical documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Ensure compliance with IT security and enterprise standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Siebel CRM development and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Siebel Tools, Open UI, eScript, and Workflow development.
• Experience with Siebel EAI, Web Services, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with repository management and application deployment.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud integration is an advantage.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Nice to Have

• Siebel certifications.
• Experience in telecom, finance, or healthcare domains.
• Knowledge of modern integration tools (Kafka, MuleSoft, etc.).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Participation in Siebel-to-Cloud migration projects.
