• Certificación en módulos ITSM, CSM o ITOM de ServiceNow.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés y español (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Implementar y personalizar flujos de trabajo y módulos dentro de ServiceNow.
• Integrar ServiceNow con sistemas externos utilizando APIs (REST y SOAP).
• Desarrollar integraciones personalizadas y automatizar flujos de trabajo.

Must Have:

• +3 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
• Official ServiceNow certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM).
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish (C1 or similar).
• Ability to take responsibility and focus on objectives.

What will you do?

• Implement and customize workflows, incidents, problems, changes, request management, and service catalogs within the ITSM module.
• Configure and customize case management modules, self-service portals, customer service workflows, and integrate with third-party tools within the CSM module.
• Utilize ITOM capabilities for Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and external system integration for automation and proactive infrastructure management.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
• Develop custom integrations using Python programming.
• Implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Apply analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking to solve problems.
• Manage projects and meet objectives responsibly.
