Una empresa de consultoría internacional busca un Desarrollador ServiceNow para unirse a su equipo dinámico en Valencia. La función principal incluye implementar y personalizar flujos de trabajo en ITSM, gestionar casos en CSM, y desarrollar integraciones con Python. Buscamos a alguien con más de 3 años de experiencia en ServiceNow y que hable inglés y español a nivel avanzado. Se ofrecen oportunidades de crecimiento, formación continua, y beneficios sociales.

Formación

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en la plataforma ServiceNow.
  • Certificaciones oficiales en ITSM, CSM o ITOM.
  • Alto nivel de inglés y español (C1 o similar).

Responsabilidades

  • Implementar y personalizar flujos de trabajo en el módulo ITSM.
  • Configurar módulos de gestión de casos y portales de autoservicio en CSM.
  • Integrar ServiceNow con sistemas externos usando APIs.

Must Have:
  • +3 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.
  • Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
  • Official ServiceNow certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM).
  • High ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking.
  • High level of spoken and written English and Spanish (C1 or similar).
  • Ability to take responsibility and focus on meeting objectives.
What will you do?
  • Implement and customize workflows, incidents, problems, changes, request management, and service catalogs within the ITSM module.
  • Configure and customize case management modules, self-service portals, customer service workflows, and integrate with third-party tools within the CSM module.
  • Utilize ITOM capabilities for Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and integration with external systems for automation and proactive infrastructure and operations management.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs (REST and SOAP) for data synchronization and workflow enhancement.
  • Develop custom integrations using Python programming.
  • Implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Apply analytical skills, synthesis, and critical thinking to solve problems.
  • Manage projects and take responsibility for meeting objectives.
