A global leader in refractories is seeking a ServiceNow Architect in Oviedo, Spain. You will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions while ensuring best practices. Your position
As a ServiceNow Architect, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the organization, reporting directly to the head of ServiceNow. With expertise in CSM, HRSD, and ITSM, you'll shape platform architecture, drive integrations, and ensure best practice governance to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic business goals
Your profile
Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ITIL v3 or v4 certification, Experience with Agile methodologies, Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA) can be considered an asset
