Your career as a Senior Sales Manager at Booksy will give you the opportunity to own the revenue growth strategy for our core sales channels, empowering thousands of entrepreneurs in the beauty, health, and wellness space. You won't just be managing a team; you'll be charting the course for a critical part of our global scale-up journey, applying your deep expertise to drive efficiency and predictability in our remote sales operations.

Working closely with the Head of Sales, you’ll lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team. You’ll shape the future of our SaaS platform's market penetration, with the autonomy to lead projects that make a difference to how people run their businesses daily.

You’ll be excited by the prospect of debating ideas openly, backing them with a blend of data and intuition, and relentlessly seeking new growth opportunities in a sector built on human connection and community.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
  • Mentor and motivate your sales team, clearing the way for others to help them progress and exceed their goals.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships by collaborating seamlessly with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Drive scalability by identifying bottlenecks, analyzing complex funnel metrics, and implementing new processes and technologies across the sales cycle.
  • Serve as a proud, passionate guardian of our sales forecasting and performance analysis for executive review.
  • Act like an owner by staying ahead of industry trends and taking responsibility for the team’s actions and results.
To ensure you succeed in this role, you’ll need...
  • You’ll need provable, deep expertise and experience in sales, with a specific focus on a managerial role within the SaaS industry.
  • Provable, deep expertise and experience in developing and scaling sales strategies specifically for phone-based/remote sales channels.
  • Provable, deep expertise and experience in implementing new sales processes or technologies to improve efficiency and drive scalability.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to foster a high-trust, high-performance environment.
  • Provable, deep expertise and experience in preparing detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for executive review.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, as Booksy operates as an English-first company for internal comms like All Hands and Strategy updates.
Nice to have:
  • Experience leading B2B SAAS sales teams.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based revenue models.
  • Skilled at analyzing complex sales data (conversion rates, rep productivity, funnel metrics) to uncover bottlenecks, forecast effectively, and make data-driven decisions that optimize sales performance and scalability.
