We’re expanding our Sales team and looking for ambitious individuals who want to build a long‑term career in tech sales. You’ll make an impact from day one as you learn how the sales cycle works, build confidence handling leads, and develop the skills needed to advance into a future Sales Specialist role.

Main responsibilities
  • Engage with inbound leads via phone, chat, and email – no cold calling, as prospects already have some familiarity with our product.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor your communication to address their specific challenges and goals.
  • Maintain strong activity levels, handling a high volume of daily conversations, including up to 100 calls.
  • Generate qualified opportunities by scheduling product demos for Sales Specialists and ensuring smooth handovers.
  • Accurately record all interactions and updates in HubSpot.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team, sharing insights and contributing to improvements that increase conversion rates.
  • Operate within a short sales cycle, typically spanning 1 to 2 weeks, in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
Core skills / experience
  • ~1+ year of experience in a customer‑facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a reliable work history.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, particularly over the phone, and comfortable managing a high volume of calls and conversations.
  • Motivated to grow in a tech sales career, with genuine enthusiasm for web‑based or SaaS products.
  • High energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset, eager to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms is a plus.
