Formación

• Se requiere un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia como ingeniero de fabricación y gerente de proyectos.
• Familiaridad con herramientas de gestión de proyectos y KPIs.
• Comprensión sólida de procesos de fabricación e industriales.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar oportunidades para asegurar la entrega del proyecto y mitigar riesgos.
• Definición de alcance, planificación del proyecto y control de costos.
• Coordinar al equipo del proyecto, asesorando y proporcionando soporte a los ingenieros.

What is it like to be a Project Manager at DHV Technology?

As a Project Manager at DHV Technology, you will be responsible for leading the project's lifecycle. According to the customer’s requirements, you will coordinate the resources of the company to cover all the goals of the project and the expectations of customers to ensure successful delivery. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting edge projects providing satellite solar panels and other power subsystems to our customers within the space industry.

As a Project Manager at DHV Technology, you will be involved in all phases of projects, ensuring their successful execution. Organization and management of the full development of the projects, ensuring compliance with the process and project methodology.

Responsibilities

• Managing opportunities to ensure project delivery and risk mitigation.
• Responsible for scope definition, project planning, and cost control.
• Phase management, following up on the schedule and project milestones.
• Reporting on project progress.
• Coordination of the project team, advising, mentoring, and providing support to engineers to achieve the team goals.
• Communication and collaboration with stakeholders involved to ensure the project's excellence.

Qualifications

• A degree in Aerospace, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial, Telecommunication or similar.
• At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and as a Project Manager.
• Written and spoken fluency in English, equivalent to a C1 level.
• PMP certification is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with project management tools and KPIs.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and industrial processes.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Risk management, cost control, and budget tracking.
• Change management and configuration control.
• Stakeholder management and technical communication.
• Experience with quality, validation, and verification processes.
• Proficiency in project documentation and reporting.
• Driven to achieve objectives and ensure successful project outcomes.

A full-time, on-site role based in Málaga, Spain.
