Join Sector Alarm as a Senior Product Manager – Consumer Facing Products!

Location: Spain (Malaga region or Madrid) | Norway (Oslo)

Role Overview: Your Day-to-Day

We are seeking a Product Manager, Customer Experience to enhance customer interactions and self-service capabilities within our mobile app. You will be responsible for defining and executing the roadmap for customer care-related features, ensuring our app becomes the one-stop-shop for customer engagement. This includes improving the AI in-app chat and enabling self-serve functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and deliver features that enable world-class customer care and directly address customer pain points within our mobile app.
  • Enable a high-quality in-app chat that leverages AI capabilities to improve customer support and reduce friction.
  • Position our mobile app as the one-stop shop for all customer interactions, ensuring a 4.5+ star rating in all markets.
  • Expand self-serve service capabilities (booking service visits, replacing batteries and components, etc.) from within the app to reduce the need for customer support interactions.
  • Improve the observability and analytics to measure, monitor and enhance the quality of customer experience.
  • Apply modern product discovery techniques to translate business requirements and customer needs into technical solutions, with a clear and well-articulated prioritization rationale.
  • Collaborate closely with design, engineering and business stakeholders to turn customer problems into high-impact product solutions.
  • Own the product roadmap for the pods, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and high-quality delivery of features and initiatives.
  • Write clear PRDs outlining use cases, UI/UX design specifications, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct product reviews within the product organization and with stakeholders and coordinate pilot launches.
  • Maintain the product backlog, craft clear user stories and lead refinement and planning sessions.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on consumer-facing products and UX.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience successfully implementing product discovery frameworks.
  • Fluency with Jira & Confluence (or equivalent software) + experience tracking velocity and applying Agile best practices
  • Strong experience in communication with design, engineering, sales teams and the executive suite
  • Experience in a tech-first and product-driven company preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data and user insights to drive decisions.
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Design, or related technical field.
  • MBA or master's in management preferred.
  • English fluency.
  • Valid work permit within the EU
