Are you an experienced logistics professional looking to lead and transform international logistics operations? Clariant is seeking a Senior Process Manager (SPM) for our Logistics team to oversee import/export operations, transport management, and supportive services. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of logistics professionals, establish operational priorities, and collaborate with key stakeholders across business units and regions. You'll drive performance through KPI development and analysis while ensuring compliance with global regulations. You'll drive transformation & improvements initiatives. What will you be doing?

  • Lead and execute Import/Export operations, Transport Management, and supportive logistics services.
  • Develop, track, and analyze comprehensive operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead a diverse team of logistics professionals, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
  • Serve as the operational partner for Business Units, departments, and regional/country operational teams.
  • Manage relationships with logistics service providers, including regular service reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
  • Support innovation in logistics operations through technology adoption and process redesign.

What are we looking for?

  • Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years' experience in logistics operations with cross-regional expertise.
  • Proven team leadership experience in logistics or supply chain execution.
  • Experience in regional logistics and/or cross-regional operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive people beyond own area of responsibility.
  • Experience leading intercultural teams.
  • Collaborative and challenging mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to lead operational changes.
  • Any other European language will be an asset.
