A leading pharmaceutical service provider is seeking a Senior Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join their Clinical Safety team. This full-time role can be performed remotely in Spain. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in Pharmacovigilance, knowledge of safety databases, and strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include data entry, case management support, and preparing safety submissions.

Formación

• Relevant professional experience in Pharmacovigilance.
• Knowledge of safety databases is preferred.
• Experience in case management activities.
• Previous experience in the pre-authorisation area.

Responsabilidades

• Assure all parties are informed and query sites as needed.
• Data entry in safety database.
• Narrative writing.
• Support Safety Manager with case reviews.
• Prepare Line Listings.
• Conduct safety submissions.
• Track maintenance and other administrative duties.
