We are currently selecting a Senior Legal Assistant fora leading multinational company in the dermo cosmetic sector, located in Barcelona.

Under the supervision of the Department Manager, will be responsible for the following duties :

  • Management and follow-up of the area's document archive
  • Invoice control and payment follow-up, at corporate and international level.
  • Letters in arrears SAC
  • Manage payment of fees with finance for sweepstakes and promotions. Follow up.
  • Management of the relationship with third parties : follow up of contract returns, organize notary signatures...
  • Management of legalizations of all types of documents
  • Various administrative tasks : managing the Legal Director's agenda, booking rooms, answering calls, organizing meetings, arranging transportation and accommodation, support for special projects...

Requirements :

  • Education : University degree or higher
