A leading technology company in Rubí, Spain, is seeking a Senior IT Support professional to enhance global IT operations. This role demands ownership and process improvement skills, as you'll oversee L1 and L2 support, coordinate advanced support, and manage IT assets. The ideal candidate has over 4 years in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and security. As Senior IT Support, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Submer’s global IT operations. Working closely with the IT Manager and guiding a small team, you’ll ensure smooth IT Support & HelpDesk services for all employees. You’ll also contribute to strategic IT initiatives across Networking, Datacenter, Audiovisuals, Cloud Services, and Modern Workplace.
If you enjoy taking ownership, improving processes, and being a hands-on technical leader, this role is for you.
Lead L1 and L2 support for global IT operations (primarily Barcelona-based).
Coordinate with vendors and partners for advanced (L3) support.
Oversee inventory, ticketing systems, processes, and documentation.
Manage onboarding/offboarding, identities, AD, access control, permissions.
Oversee IT assets and maintenance (office, factory, datacenter).
Drive the rollout of the Modern Workplace (Intune, Defender, Entra ID).
4+ years in IT Support / IT Operations / HelpDesk roles.
Strong experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile endpoints.
Hands-on expertise in Networking and Security.
Solid knowledge of the O365 / Azure ecosystem.
Good English (training provided internally).
