About the Role:

Chainlink Labs is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join the Executive Office to create engaging branding, diagrams, and presentations. The role involves translating the founder’s vision into compelling visuals, working closely with marketing and leadership teams, including founder Sergey, to ensure all presentations are on-brand and audience-appropriate. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, storytelling, and impactful presentation creation in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Design Complex Diagrams: Reflect concepts from leadership, offering multiple creative options and ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
2. Create Stunning Presentations: Design high-quality Google Slides and Keynote templates focused on blockchain technology, incorporating vivid details and animations.
3. Collaborate: Work with colleagues on presentation goals, strategy, and design concepts, aligning with leadership and cross-functional teams.
4. Manage Multiple Projects: Independently handle various design projects, meeting deadlines.
5. Maintain Brand Consistency: Follow and contribute to brand guidelines.
6. Stay Updated: Continuously improve skills and stay current with creative software trends.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 8+ years in graphic or presentation design.
• Portfolio: Demonstrated work in technical/process diagrams and impactful presentations.
• Storytelling: Ability to translate complex technical ideas into visual stories.
• Software Skills: Mastery of Google Slides, Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Infographics: Experience designing clear, concise, and appealing infographics.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy across media platforms.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Travel: Occasional international travel.
• Blockchain Interest: Familiarity with blockchain and Chainlink is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Remote Team Experience: Experience working remotely within cross-functional teams.
• Branding Skills: Knowledge of branding and style guideline development.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with senior stakeholders to define and prioritize project needs.
• This is a remote position with some overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
