Join us to apply for the Senior DevOps role at Complexio.

Complexio is a Foundational AI company focused on automating business activities by ingesting and analyzing company data—both structured and unstructured. Using proprietary models and algorithms, Complexio develops a deep understanding of human interactions and behaviors, enabling automation to replicate and improve these actions independently.

As a DevOps engineer at our AI product company, you will define and build the platform for deploying, managing, and optimizing our distributed systems across on-premises, multiple cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and Kubernetes.

Our system leverages multiple LLMs, Graph and Vector Databases, and integrates data from various sources to power our AI solutions. You will ensure our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure, supporting the seamless delivery of our innovative products. This role combines cloud technologies and database management with the challenges of integrating AI and machine learning workflows on modern GPUs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure, meeting SLAs
• Manage graph and vector databases for performance and reliability
• Maintain and operate platform observability
• Ensure system security by implementing best practices and complying with data protection laws
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure uninterrupted service
• Document system configurations and procedures, generate performance reports
• Manage infrastructure costs

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field
• At least 7 years of experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• At least 3 years experience with Kubernetes environments
• Proficiency in managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters, monitoring, troubleshooting, high availability
• Experience with cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker)
• Familiarity with data integration from multiple sources in distributed systems
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Java, Go) and scripting for automation
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security principles, ensuring compliance with data regulations

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Neo4j and vector databases, setup, scaling, optimization
• Experience deploying and running Machine Learning solutions, including LLMs
