The opportunity

Your key responsibilities

As a Senior Data Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing daily Application Management Support for the full data stack (Informatica CDI, ADF, ADLS, Databricks), addressing service requests, incidents, enhancements, and changes.

- Leading and coordinating resolution of complex data integration and analytics issues through thorough root cause analysis.

- Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to support and optimize data pipelines, models, and dashboards.

- Maintaining detailed documentation including architecture diagrams, troubleshooting guides, and test cases.

- Remaining flexible to perform on-call duties depending on client needs and critical business periods.

- Proven expertise in managing and supporting complex data ecosystems with tools like Informatica CDI, Azure Data Factory, ADLS, and Databricks.

Minimum qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

- 3+ years of experience with modern data ecosystems and hands-on proficiency in:

- Experience in application management support and root cause analysis.

- Experience integrating data from ERP, CRM, POS, APIs.

- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines.

- Industry experience in retail, finance, or consumer goods.

- Certifications such as Informatica Certified Developer, Azure Data Engineer, or Databricks Certified Engineer.
