What Would You Need?

• Around 5 years’ experience as a Data Analyst
• Proven expertise in administering Power BI Premium workspaces
• Strong skills in data modeling and DAX formula development
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data querying and automation
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Databricks
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric services
• Understanding of security, networking, and governance in cloud data platforms

What Will You Do?

• Administer and maintain our Business Intelligence platform (Power BI Premium)
• Design and build reports and dashboards for monitoring KPIs and supporting decision-making
• Mentor and support junior data users and analysts across the organization
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate new data sources and improve data pipelines
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize data models for efficiency
• Document best practices, data definitions, and platform usage guidelines
