Senior Consultant / Lead SAP HCM

We are looking for a Senior Consultant / Lead SAP HCM.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Act as the primary interface between business units / business country leads and IT for SAP HCM-related system demands
• Manage incoming requests for SAP HCM enhancements and projects
• Manage incoming project requests across countries and customers
• Align and plan demand with SAP HCM team
• Facilitate change board meetings and maintain a demand backlog
• Monitor demand lifecycle and ensure timely delivery

Project Lead

• Prepare and (partially) lead SAP HCM-related projects including upgrades rollouts and integrations
• Define project effort and timelines in collaboration with SAP HCM team and stakeholders
• Manage project resources, budgets and risks
• Report project status to stakeholders

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of HR processes and HR-requirements
• Experience in demand management and project management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• First experience in SAP HCM (PY PA OM) implementations or integrations

Language

• English - Fluent (C1)
