This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and mid-level experience in technical support. • Experience (4-6 years) in solutions engineering or customer success.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with customers to design and provide solutions.
• Investigate reported bugs and document solutions.
• Create technical guides demonstrating best practices.
• Act as a technical link between customers and the development team.

Conocimientos

Full professional proficiency in English (C1+ or native)

Basic Spanish communication skills

Mid-Level experience in advanced technical support

Proficiency in Docker and Docker Compose

Basic knowledge of Kubernetes

Advanced Linux skills

Experience in remote server management

Familiarity with cloud environments

Notions of security and risk analysis

Clear and assertive communication

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
