A leading global consulting firm is seeking a Senior Specialist in Employee Relations to lead and manage sensitive HR compliance initiatives across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in HR, particularly in Employee Relations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of labor laws are required. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and may require travel across the region.

This role supports the execution of BCG’s Employee Relations (ER), HR Compliance, and risk management initiatives across Southeast Asia. The Senior Specialist leads and supports sensitive and complex ER cases, ensures robust compliance practices, and partners with key stakeholders to strengthen workplace fairness, integrity, and accountability across the region.
You will collaborate extensively with SEA System Lead, SEA People Chair, MDPs, Functional Senior Directors, AP HR.
The role is based in Southeast Asia, with travel across the region to meet client needs.
