Formación

  • 7-10 years of experience in communication in scientific areas or in CRO's.

Job Description

We are looking for a Scientific Director in our agencies. As a Scientific Director, you should lead the development of strategic scientific projects that align with the brand's objectives in collaboration with other departments and support from scientific knowledge and scientific evidence strategic approaches to positioning or repositioning of brands, as well as detect communication opportunities, support and solidify the agency's proposals.

Moreover, you will be responsible for supporting Accounts teams and Directorate General in the development of new businesses (in current customers and prospects),

for the leadership of the scientific department, setting the goals of his team, implementing the processes and transmitting best practices and the vision of the agency and for management and quality of medical advisory/writing and scientific projects, in coordination with account managers through the One-Voice.

Responsibilities
  • You will be a reference in terms of medical-marketing knowledge in those therapeutic areas where the agency's proposals are developed.
  • Proactively and independently directs product research and/or therapeutic category, and forms the agency's team.
  • Thinking about the scientific environment that shapes the product and provides detailed information that allows to implement the brand strategy and its program. He leads scientifically complex and high-level therapeutic areas.
  • Continuously learn (and motivate your team to learn) about health sciences, technology and other disciplines needed for your professional management and growth.
  • Transmit the agency's vision to internal and external teams, seeking innovation and profitability and leading your team to "best practices".
  • Demonstrate leadership to work with physicians and clients on scientific content issues, support the customer, and communicate.
  • Active participation in the new business.
  • Serve as a medical marketing expert for the account team and customer.
  • Ensure that content – both promotional materials and scientific projects – fits the objectives and contains appropriate scientific messages and marketing messages, while following the legislation in force.
  • Communicate key customer issues/initiatives to the team in a timely and accurate way.
  • Generate key themes/goals/strategies.
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in communication in scientific areas or in CRO's or companies dedicated to continuous medical training or Graduated in Health Sciences.
  • Knowledge of Office package.
  • Advanced English level.
