SAP Service Delivery Manager

As a member of our team, you’ll join as SAP Service Delivery Manager to our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting-edge IT solutions to our clients.

The opportunity

As a member of our team in GDS office in Malaga, Spain, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll be working using the best practices of SAP development & integration to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems.

Your key responsibilities

As a member of our team, you’ll have a chance to extend your experience. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects – being a part of SAP Technical Team. You’ll also participate in post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks.

Skills and attributes for success

• You have great communication and problem-solving skills
• You’ll successfully take part in implementation of SAP systems
• You are perfect at keeping project timelines

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience working in managed services or project management coordinating activities of other team members.
• Experience in ECC and S/4HANA Rollout project
• Experience in standard project tasks: Fit-Gap workshops, configuration, testing, documentation, training
• Hands-on evolutive and maintenance task.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong teamwork skills

Ideally, you’ll also have

• SAP related Certifications
• Experienced in one of these SAP areas (FI, MM/SD)
• Project or service management certifications (PMP, ITIL)
• Good level of English is a plus
• Use of ticketing tools (i.e. JIRA)
• Experience in project with SLA (Service Level Agreements)
• Risk identification and mitigation plans.
