A leading multinational in the automotive sector is seeking a Quality Process Consultant to drive operational standardization within a strategic transformation project. The role requires leading the implementation of new Quality modules and facilitating the transition to the SAP S/4HANA environment. Candidates should have a technical background in Engineering, at least 2 years of experience in quality processes, and strong stakeholder management skills. At SEGULA Technologies we selected a Quality Process Consultant to lead operational standardization within a strategic transformation project in the automotive sector.

We are looking for a profile with a global vision, capable of planning and supervising the implementation of the new Quality modules, ensuring an efficient transition to the SAP S/4HANA environment.

You will act as a link between the business areas and the technical team, ensuring that workflows are correctly translated into the new corporate tools

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Implementation Piloting: Coordinate the integration and functional configuration of critical modules such as Audits, Calibrations, Entry Inspections and Touch-up Management.
• Design and Standardization: Define and document the new Quality processes, harmonizing current operations with SAP standards.
• Micro-Project Management: Lead follow-up meetings, manage planning and monitor the progress of actions to meet deadlines.
• Change Management: Develop exploitation dossiers and train end users to facilitate the adoption of new tools.
• Value Analysis: Detect together with the customer the efficiency gains obtained after implementation.

Profile we are looking for:

• Education: Engineering or higher technical qualification.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years managing quality processes in industrial environments.
• Technology: SAP S/4HANA functional knowledge (Essential).
• Languages: English level B2 advanced for international dialogue.
• Skills: Ability to manage deadlines, dialogue with stakeholders and autonomy.
