Job Description

Under the guidance of the Sales team, this internship position is designed to support the daily operations of the department, providing a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic and professional hospitality environment. The intern will actively collaborate with various teams and contribute to key initiatives related to client relations, event coordination and commercial support.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team, including email and phone communication, CRM maintenance, document filing, and database updates.
  • Assist in the coordination and logistics of events, including follow-up and on-site operational support.
  • Participate in client site inspections by helping with preparation, materials, and accompaniment when needed.
  • Support the organization and scheduling of internal and external meetings, managing shared calendars and logistical details.
  • Help review and update commercial materials such as presentations, proposals, brochures for tour operators, and website content.
  • Assist in the supervision and publishing of B2B content online and contribute to digital marketing initiatives.
  • Interact with clients and partners, providing detailed information about the hotel's services and facilities in both Spanish and English.
  • Contribute to the preparation of internal reports and presentations, as well as track business opportunities.
  • Conduct benchmarking research on local and international hospitality businesses to keep the team informed on market trends.


Qualifications

Profile Requirements:
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and calendar tools such as Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to proofread and edit written content with proper grammar and spelling.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and professional personal presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of CRM or customer relationship management tools.
  • Academic or practical experience in commercial writing or editing.
  • Good command of PowerPoint and Excel.
