Formación

Responsibilities
  • 📞 Engage with private and business clients via phone and email
  • 🧠 Understand customer needs and recommend the best-fit solutions
  • 💼 Follow up on warm leads – no cold calling!
  • 💬 Confidently upsell and cross-sell relevant products or services
  • 📈 Track and achieve sales goals with a target-driven mindset
  • 🧾 Accurately document customer interactions and share insights
  • ❤️ Build long-lasting relationships with prospects and clients
Requirements
  • 🇳🇱 Native / fluent in Dutch, with solid English communication (B2+)
  • 🎙️ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • 🔥 Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets
  • 💡 Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and systems
  • 📚 Previous sales experience is a plus – but not required
  • 🎨 Interest in sales, printing, or creative industries is a bonus
