A multinational healthcare company in Spain is looking for a sales professional to acquire and manage relationships with community pharmacies. This role requires over 2 years of experience in sales within healthcare, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Spanish. The candidate should be adept at using CRM systems and comfortable engaging with decision-makers to drive engagement and performance. In This Role, You Will

• Be responsible for the acquisition, activation, and retention of community pharmacies within the Comunidad Valenciana & de Murcia region.
• Prospect and onboard new pharmacy customers, building a strong and sustainable customer base
• Conduct regular field visits and commercial follow-ups to maximize order frequency and sell-out performance
• Present the product portfolio and commercial conditions, adapting your approach to each pharmacy’s profile and needs
• Manage day-to-day customer relationships to secure recurring monthly orders and identify growth opportunities
• Plan and execute weekly field activities, maintaining a healthy and well-structured sales pipeline
• Ensure high-quality CRM reporting, recording all activities, visits, calls, and opportunities with strong discipline
• Collaborate closely with Customer Care, Marketing, Pricing, and Supply teams to address customer needs and resolve issues
• Provide structured reporting on territory performance, including activity levels, results, forecasts, and potential risks

We Imagine That You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in a commercial sales-driven role, preferably within healthcare, pharmacy, medical sales, or FMCG B2B
• A proven track record in new customer acquisition and closing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with confidence engaging decision-makers
• A KPI- and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on performance and continuous improvement
• High levels of independence, discipline, and resilience in a field-based sales role
• Experience working with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 or Salesforce is preferred)
• A valid driving licence and availability for frequent travel to visit customers
• Fluent in Spanish to ensure effective communication with customers and able to communicate effectively in English for collaboration with international teams

It Is a Strong Advantage If You Also Have

• Knowledge of the pharmacy market and understanding of sell-in / sell-out dynamics
• A data-driven approach to identifying opportunities and tracking business performance
• The ability to build long-term relationships based on trust, reliability, and consistency

En Este Rol, Serás Responsable De

• La adquisición, activación y retención de farmacias comunitarias dentro de la región de Comunidad Valenciana & Región de Murcia
• Prospectar y captar nuevos clientes, construyendo una base sólida y sostenible de farmacias
• Realizar visitas regulares al campo y seguimientos comerciales para maximizar la frecuencia de pedidos y el rendimiento de ventas
• Presentar el portafolio de productos y condiciones comerciales, adaptando el mensaje a cada farmacia según su perfil y necesidades
• Gestionar las relaciones diarias con los clientes para asegurar pedidos mensuales recurrentes e identificar oportunidades de crecimiento
• Planificar y ejecutar actividades semanales en el campo, manteniendo un pipeline de ventas saludable y estructurado
• Garantizar informes de CRM de alta calidad, registrando todas las actividades, visitas, llamadas y oportunidades con disciplina
• Colaborar estrechamente con Customer Care, Marketing, Pricing y Supply para atender las necesidades de los clientes y resolver incidencias
• Proporcionar informes estructurados sobre el desempeño del territorio, incluyendo niveles de actividad, resultados, previsiones y riesgos potenciales

Impulsa tu éxito en este rol

Imaginamos Que Aportarás

• Más de 2 años de experiencia en un rol comercial orientado a resultados, preferiblemente en salud, farmacia, ventas médicas o FMCG B2B
• Historial probado en adquisición de nuevos clientes y cierre de ventas
• Habilidades sólidas de negociación y comunicación, con confianza para interactuar con tomadores de decisiones
• Mentalidad orientada en KPIs y resultados, con enfoque en desempeño y mejora continua
• Alto nivel de independencia, disciplina y resiliencia en un rol de ventas de campo
• Experiencia trabajando con sistemas CRM (Dynamics 365 o Salesforce preferido)
• Licencia de conducir vigente y disponibilidad para viajes frecuentes para visitar clientes
• Fluidez en español para comunicación efectiva con los clientes y capacidad de comunicarse en inglés para colaborar con equipos internacionales
