As part of our European expansion strategy, we have recently launched our presence in Spain by opening an office in Madrid.

Sales Director

We are now looking for a Sales Director who will play a pivotal role in driving growth and scaling our commercial performance in the Spanish market.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coach the existing Sales and Pre‑sales team.
  • Drive the commercial strategy in Spain, aligned with corporate growth objectives and go‑to‑market priorities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, covering prospecting, account planning, forecasting, and deal governance.
  • Establish and strengthen C‑level relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers in target accounts.
  • Coordinate closely with delivery, solution architects and pre‑sales to ensure high‑quality proposals and successful handover to delivery teams.
Qualifications
  • 10–15+ years of experience in IT services / technology consulting, ideally with exposure to Cloud services and digital transformation engagements.
  • Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, including complex deal management and long sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales and / or pre‑sales teams, with a strong coaching mindset.
  • Existing professional network in Spain, ideally across relevant industries and decision‑makers.
  • Native / fluent Spanish is required. English is strongly preferred; Italian is a plus.
