La posición se encarga de implementar estrategias de ventas proactivas y gestionar cuentas clave, con el objetivo de posicionar el hotel en mercados locales e internacionales. Se requiere un título en Turismo o Administración, experiencia en el sector hotelero de 4* o 5*, y habilidades en comunicación y negociación.

Formación

About the Hotel – Curio Collection by Hilton Cáceres:

Opening in summer 2025, Curio Collection by Hilton Cáceres will bring Hilton's upscale lifestyle brand to one of Spain’s most charming historic cities. Located in the heart of the old town, the hotel blends rich heritage with contemporary elegance and is set to become a landmark destination for both leisure and business travelers.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to join the pre-opening team of our new Curio Collection by Hilton hotel in Cáceres. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive sales strategies, managing key accounts, and positioning the hotel successfully in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the hotel's sales plan, focusing on proactive account management.
  • Identify business opportunities and grow revenue through corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
  • Manage relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and tour operators.
  • Work closely with Hilton’s commercial tools (OnQ, PEP), CRM systems, and RMS solutions.
  • Participate in trade fairs, site inspections, and promotional events.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and revenue departments to ensure aligned strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within 4* or 5* hotels.
  • Strong knowledge of the Cáceres market and regional dynamics.
  • Proficiency in English; other languages (French, German, Portuguese) are a plus.
  • Experience with RMS tools (e.g. Duetto, IDeaS), Opera or similar PMS, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
