What You’ll Do :
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand their security operations, architecture, and pain points.
  • Design and present customized solutions that demonstrate the value and impact of Zynap’s platform.
  • Conduct live product demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), ensuring technical success and high engagement.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, documentation, and solution diagrams to support the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, define technical requirements, and shorten sales cycles.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with Product and Engineering teams to enhance Zynap’s offering.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competing solutions, and industry standards to position Zynap effectively.
What We’re Looking For :
  • ~3–5 years of experience in technical pre-sales solutions engineering, or cybersecurity architecture within a software vendor or SaaS environment.
  • ~ Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, architectures, and tools.
  • ~ Demonstrated ability to navigate complex technical sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • ~ Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
  • ~ Experience with scripting (e.g., Python) or security automation tools is a plus.
  • ~ Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • ~ Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is desirable.
