A leading motorcycle touring company located in Barcelona is seeking a Sales & Client Experience Manager to respond to inbound leads and build relationships with riders. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, with experience in high-ticket sales being essential. Candidates will maintain an organized pipeline in HubSpot and contribute to the company's growth in the motorcycle tourism sector. This position is office-based in Barcelona, offering a unique opportunity to shape the client experience.

Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales in travel, real estate, education, or luxury products.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in French is a bonus.
  • Proficient with digital communication tools like WhatsApp and email.

Position Overview

Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads via email, WhatsApp, and calls. Build warm relationships with riders planning their dream adventure. Maintain a clean, organized pipeline in HubSpot while working with high‑quality inbound leads generated from strong marketing funnels. Work from our Barcelona office.
