Una empresa líder en tecnología de medición busca un Delegado de Ventas para Cataluña y Aragón. El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 5 años de experiencia en ventas técnicas y habilidades en desarrollo comercial. Ofrecemos un contrato indefinido, coche de empresa y un salario aproximado de 45k€ dependiendo de la experiencia. Se requiere fluidez en inglés y disposición para viajar.

Formación

PIMEC is selecting a Sales Delegate for the Catalonia and Aragon regions on behalf of a company that is the global leader in dynamic measurement technology for pressure, force, torque, and acceleration.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

Purpose of the Position:

  • Sales Engineer to cover the Catalonia and Aragon areas, managing all customers (except few key accounts) within the territory. Provides sales and technical support for all products in the area, reporting directly to the Sales Director in Spain.
  • Responsible for Sales in the assigned territory, with potential for promotion to other areas or applications within the KSP scope of responsibility.
  • Business development and potential customer engagement.
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Preparing quotations, providing technical advice, and negotiating conditions.
  • First level technical support to customers.
  • Evaluating and proposing new applications and services, and collaborating with third-party companies to enhance product/service portfolio.
  • Increasing the Service Sales Portfolio.
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, publications, newsletters, press releases, seminars, and other events.
  • Keeping the workplace clean and aligned with lean office principles.
¿Qué habilidades y conocimientos son necesarios para la posición?
  • University degree, preferably in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with similar products, with good sales and technical records; knowledge of products is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel and commitment to developing new customers.
  • Strong networking in Automotive, Aerospace, R&D Institutes, and Universities.
  • Knowledge in sensor and measurement technology is a must.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated, flexible, and a good team player.
  • Accustomed to working towards targets.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP software.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, additional languages are a plus.
  • Driving license with a clean record.
  • Oriented towards a paper-free and lean office.
