About the Role :
Business Development Specialist
What You’ll Do
- Drive New Business: develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas and targets.
- Build Strong Relationships: cultivate and nurture relationships with senior managers and key decision-makers leading compelling product demonstrations and negotiations.
- Be a Product Expert: master Loyal Gurus product capabilities to articulate a persuasive value proposition tailored to client needs.
- Strategize & Execute: leverage Loyal Gurus sales collateral (decks use cases demos) and your deep understanding of client industries and pain points to craft and execute effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate for Success: partner seamlessly with technical staff product specialists and cross-functional teams (pre-sales marketing sales ops customer success) to address customer needs and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Own the Sales Cycle: take charge of the entire sales opportunity orchestrating internal resources driving process advancement maintaining customer traction and ultimately closing deals.
- Maintain CRM Excellence: diligently track all sales activities and customer interactions in Hubspot ensuring clear visibility and contributing to overall team organization.
- Generate Leads: collaborate with the marketing department to plan and execute impactful lead generation campaigns.
- Provide Market Insights: share valuable feedback on market trends competitive landscapes unmet needs and opportunities to enhance Loyal Gurus offerings.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 6 years of proven success in an enterprise business development or sales executive role.
- Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Global Mindset: willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Proven Performer: a consistent track record of exceeding sales goals in a highly competitive environment demonstrating the ability to convert leads into successful new business.
- Hunter Mentality: a strong passion for selling relentless drive to achieve new business sales results and a proactive approach to prospecting.
- Language Skills: professional working proficiency in English, Spanish, German is essential. Bonus points for additional language skills!
- Communication Prowess: exceptional written and oral communication presentation and negotiation skills.
