A luxury watch and jewelry brand is seeking a Digital Sales Advisor in Madrid to lead online sales strategies and enhance client engagement. With over 5 years of experience in luxury e-commerce, candidates must demonstrate success in B2C sales and proficiency in Salesforce. Responsibilities include managing the entire online sales process, leveraging data insights for tailored approaches, and collaborating with various teams for seamless client experiences. Fluency in English and Spanish, alongside knowledge of French or German, is essential, along with a passion for luxury branding.

With a focus on creating wearable pieces of art, the brand aims to offer an unforgettable experience to its global clientele. Their new Digital Sales Advisor will report directly to the Founder and CEO.
Digital Sales Strategy : Own the full online sales pipeline, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring smooth client journeys across email, chat, video calls, and messaging platforms.
Partner with the marketing team to design and execute digital sales campaigns, including seasonal events, product launches, and pre-order initiatives.
Analyze data from Salesforce to identify sales opportunities and tailor outreach based on client profiles.
Be the first point of contact for online inquiries, creating personalized digital experiences and product presentations for clients.
Oversee the entire online order process, including payment coordination, luxury packaging, white-glove delivery, and post-sale follow-up.
Work closely with operations, showroom, and sales teams to ensure product availability, timely shipping, and quality control. Ensure online clients feel integrated into the brand?Salesforce Management : Leverage Salesforce to segment clients, automate key touchpoints, create email journeys, and generate performance reports.
A deep understanding of luxury service principles, with a proven track record of implementing this typical strategy in a digital environment. Experience in luxury retail or e-commerce is essential.
Hands-on & Out-of-the-Box Thinking : Ability to execute hands-on, from strategy to implementation, while also thinking creatively to drive innovation in the digital sales process.
Strong experience in B2C sales, with the ability to connect with a global, discerning clientele via digital channels.
Expertise in Salesforce CRM, email marketing platforms, and other digital communication tools.
Highly emotionally intelligent, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
Passion for luxury, client storytelling, and online relationship-building.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
Over 5 years in luxury e-commerce or digital sales, ideally with a luxury jewelry, fashion, or watch brand. Proven success in exceeding sales targets and building relationships with clients via digital channels. Experience in both B2B and B2C sales is highly valued.
Fluent in English and Spanish, with an excellent command of French or German.
Knowledge of retail and luxury market dynamics.
