  • You organize your area independently and thus contribute to the efficient support of the team in the day-to-day business

Your Mission

Your Profile
  • You have completed a commercial / administrative apprenticeship (or comparable), as well as first experience in the assistance area
  • You have a good command of the current MS Office applications and are skilled in creating and preparing presentations or spreadsheets
  • You have a distinct team player mentality and flexibility and always keep a cool head even in stressful situations
  • We assume that you are fluent in Spanish, and you will be happy to use your excellent English skills in your daily tasks
  • Reliability, independence and a trustworthy handling of sensitive information complete your profile.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
