Sales Training Associate

to join our team. Facilitate onboarding and training sessions for new employees across departments

Develop, update, and maintain training materials, manuals, and online resources

Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on company policies, systems, and tools

Own the employees Onboarding experience and ensure relevant Onboarding content

Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and communications across teams or locations

Track and maintain training attendance records

Support the development and execution of sales training programs

Collaborate with team leads and managers to identify training needs

Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics and implement improvements

Organize product knowledge sessions for sales and support teams

Work with external providers or internal SMEs to arrange specialized training sessions

Prepare training-related documentation and internal communications

Experience in training or learning & development

Strong Sales driven experience.

Ability to adapt training delivery to various learning styles and platforms

Willingness to travel occasionally, if training is delivered across multiple sites

Full Professional Proficiency in English, other European language is a plus

Previous Sales Training experience is an advantage
