The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of software engineering experience and a strong technical leadership background. This role involves hands-on problem solving and working with multidisciplinary teams to drive engineering excellence.

Formación

• 10+ years experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years as a technical leader, architect, or tech lead.
• Experience building and scaling SaaS products.

Responsabilidades

• Design and review architecture decisions.
• Serve as a technical consultant on Optibus’ tech stack.
• Work closely with R&D leads and engineers to ensure best practices.
