Formación

• 3–6 años de experiencia en distribución hotelera, OTAs o entornos similares.

Job purpose

To generate meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions on supply and catalogue improvements, ensuring comprehensive product coverage and effective distribution across channels—while remaining focused on catalogue health rather than pricing or revenue optimisation.

Main job responsibilities

Catalogue Management & Distribution Execution

• Manage and maintain provider catalogues, ensuring accurate understanding, categorisation, and distribution of accommodation products.
• Configure and update distribution rules by provider, destination, product type, and business strategy.
• Collaborate closely with Acquisition Specialists on catalogue generation and transformation for acquisition channels.
• Ensure catalogue structures remain coherent and scalable as new providers or products are onboarded.

Performance Monitoring & Exposure Analysis

• Monitor catalogue and distribution performance to understand coverage levels, exposure gaps, and distribution completeness.
• Identify structural or logical inconsistencies in catalogue distribution (e.g., missing properties, incomplete groupings) and provide clear actionable improvements.
• Produce insights that help prioritise supply or catalogue adjustments—focused on product coverage and distribution, not pricing or revenue optimisation.

Catalogue Health & Consistency

• Ensure catalogue consistency across distribution sources by validating that product categorisation, groupings, and distribution logic match Stayforlong’s guidelines.
• Escalate technical issues or errors detected indirectly during catalogue review to the appropriate teams; this role does not perform troubleshooting or diagnostics.

Other Responsibilities

• Monitor feed transmission to metasearch partners and ensure consistency across inventory sources.
• Propose provider adjustments and identify opportunities to expand or improve catalog supply.

What you will bring

• 3–6 years of experience in hotel distribution, bedbanks, OTAs, metasearch, or similar environments.
• Understanding of CRS, channel managers, XML integrations, mapping, and parity.
• Analytical mindset and intermediate proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards (looker)
• Working knowledge of SQL to extract, interpret, and validate data related to catalogue performance and distribution behaviour.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of availability and coverage KPIs, catalog health, and content quality.
• Professional level of English
• Experience working with inventory is a plus.
