A leading digital marketing agency in Madrid is seeking a Retention Designer to create impactful email campaigns for various e-commerce brands. The role demands at least 3 years of design experience and expertise in email design best practices. Applicants should be proficient in Figma and Photoshop, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a passion for collaborative environments. This position offers a 12-month contract, working from Monday to Friday with a remote option.

As a Retention Designer at UN/COMMON you'll work on numerous e‑commerce brands, designing email campaigns and flows, as well as supporting any internal sales and marketing collateral. You want to learn and grow. You'll bring thoughtful, strategic ideas to our client's brands and want to work with talented people to create best‑in‑class email experiences.
