A leading clean energy software provider in Spain is seeking a Renewal Account Manager to manage renewal contracts and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in renewal management within B2B software/SaaS environments and strong communication skills. Formación

  • 5+ years of renewal management in a B2B software/SaaS environment.
  • Renewable Energy industry experience is a plus.
  • High degree of proficiency in CRM, preferably Salesforce.

  • Engage directly with customers to understand budgets, stakeholders, timelines, and approval processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Renewal Account Manager, you will manage renewal contracts for Power Factors’ global account base. Reporting to the Director, Novations & Renewals. Managing a positive customer experience is a critical component of this role with a focus on early and on-time bookings.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  • Managing relevant contracts within your assigned account base driving on-time renewals
  • Engage directly with customers to understand budgets, stakeholders, timelines, and approval processes
  • CRM inspection and forecasting upcoming contract renewals and identifying strategic opportunities
  • Lead quote to close process for renewals, typically 90-120 days ahead of contract expiration
  • Support contract management processes, including amendments, multi-year agreements, and pricing adjustments.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with CSMs, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Support and Legal
  • Managing a positive customer experience with a focus on early and on-time bookings.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High degree of proficiency in CRM, preferrably Salesforce
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
  • 5+ years of renewal management in a B2B software / SaaS environment
  • Renewable Energy industry experience a plus
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
