Formación

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Strong sourcing skills with a proven success in identifying top talent.
• Reliable, organized, and able to commit to at least 30 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Create and manage job postings across relevant platforms.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interview logistics and maintain candidate communication.
• Update recruitment dashboards and track hiring progress.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment strategy initiatives.
• Support internal talent development within the organization.
