The role includes operational support for CyberArk and SailPoint, managing incident resolutions, and designing automation solutions. Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience in IAM/PAM and strong skills in CyberArk and SailPoint. This position is 100% remote and open to part-time arrangements.

• Ensure smooth operation and optimization of the PAM and Identity Governance platforms.
• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 operational support for CyberArk and SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline IAM / PAM processes.
